      <description><![CDATA[I love the idea of combining berries and mint. I have actually never tasted that combination before but can imagine it being good. This idea makes me curious about other fruits and mint too: I am particularly interested in how chocolate and banana pair with mint (and think I might have to make some "nice cream" to find out!!!) Also! I think papaya and mint might be a good combination too. Thank you for a minty fresh spark of inspiration for recipes, NN! :)]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[I love berries with mint salad, it is so refreshing and such a great way to incorporate healthy antioxidants and fibers! I love how this has similar flavours to some cocktails but is a healthy and delicious snack. Ensuring that it is chilled in the fridge before serving is a great idea too to add to that refreshing mix of delicious flavours. I love how it also includes honey as some sweetness is great and healthy too!]]></description>
