      <description><![CDATA[I had no idea collagen was useful for gut health. I knew about joint health in the form of bovine collagen. I also knew about skin health in the form of marine collagen. But I am glad it has a third  purpose as well. The gut is so important for overall health. It leads to the formation of other health issues throughout the body if left unchecked. It's imperative the gut is kept healthy at all times. I drink kombucha, take sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi, whatever I can that's fermented, just to keep the gut heathy. I also have yogurt after meals for this purpose.]]></description>

Great work writing a concise, engaging and informative article that sheds light on the underappreciated importance of collagen for gut health. I am well aware of the importance of collagen for the gut not only though my research but also due to the poor digestion experienced by my younger Brother as a result of having Ehlers Danlos syndrome, a connective tissue disorder which affects collagen.
