Hello Kaveh,
Both have exceptional benefits, especially in comparison to table salt. Choosing either of those options is definitely the better way to flavour your food. Thanks for your comment and since you like Himalayan salt, read through this article: https://www.nationalnutrition.ca/articles/research/himalayan-salt-vs-sea-salt-discover-the-differences/

I tried Celtic salt, and although Pink salt is my favourite, I still have this salt and I use it sometimes. I like how the trace minerals are so high compared to other salts. Unlike ordinary table salt, Celtic sea salt has a high PH. I like how 16% of the salt is made up of minerals other than sodium. I like getting a good mix in my salt and not overdoing it on the sodium alone. The pH is alkaline at 8.5, which means I can use it to detox, which is good. Removing toxins and heavy metals is a priority, especially nowadays in the age of microplastics.

Hello Rachel,
Celtic sea salt is indeed a fantastic choice when it comes to enhancing the flavour of your dishes. Not only does it provide a more distinct taste compared to traditional table salt, but it also offers numerous health benefits. The fact that Celtic sea salt is unrefined means that it retains its natural minerals, which can contribute to promoting bone health and remodeling. This is especially crucial for individuals like yourself who are concerned about osteoporosis and maintaining strong teeth. By choosing Celtic sea salt over table salt, you're making a wise and healthy decision for both your taste buds and overall well-being. Another common salt of interest is Himalayan salt, which you can learn more about in this article, https://www.nationalnutrition.ca/articles/research/himalayan-salt-vs-sea-salt-discover-the-differences/

I love celtic sea salt-such improved flavor relative to traditional table salt and definitely a healthier choice as well. I avoid table salt and use unrefined salt instead because research studies have shown that table salt leeches calcium from bones: as a lighter-boned caucasian women I am in the risk group for osteoporosis, plus I care about the bones in my mouth (teeth) too. Celtic seas salt does not have this effect-as you mention celtic salt's minerals can actually promote bone health & remodelling! This makes seas salt it is a great, healthy alternative to table salt for adding flavor to food.
