      <description><![CDATA[Magnesium biglycinate is a supplement I take for Stress support. Without it, I can have irritability, anxiety, lack of energy, muscle weakness, and even a headache (which is rare for me). I also get leg cramps without it. It also helps with 
Muscle pain and relaxation. Without enough magnesium, your muscles won't be able to relax properly. Magnesium can relieve the pain caused by muscle cramps. Magnesium makes me feel more relaxed and calm. Calcium and lysine goes well with magnesium alongside vitamin c and bioflavinoids.]]></description>
