Indeed, ACV can be an acquired taste and isn't the most pleasant to take in liquid form. You can use the liquid to make a dressing and consume it that way or you can take it in capsule form if you'd like to reap the benefits without the mouthful of vinegar.       <description><![CDATA[I've tried taking it with water before meals, but I wasn't able to keep up with it. Too acidic. My stomach didn't react well to it. I now mix it with my homemade antibiotic made of garlic and lemons, it mixes better there. I am not sure if my body is already too acidic or not acidic enough if it's having this adverse reaction to ACV? It's just too acidic for me. I feel in my stomach and my body gives me an acidic impression. I still value it though just mixed in with other ingredients.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Thank you for this great article on apple cider vinegar. As someone with mild genetic enamel hypoplasia, I am well aware how damaging acid can be to teeth and just wanted to put in a special warning about apple cider vinegar gummies: the pH of vinegar is sufficient to erode enamel to the point of no return and chewing over time as is required for a gummy with only exacerbate any issues. I suggest if consuming ACV to dilute and to use a straw + shoot into the back of the mouth or use a pill/tablet to avoid contact with teeth]]></description>

We agree, while ACV has wonderful health benefits, its taste isn't the most pleasant or takes a lot of getting used to. But just like the oil of oregano, its benefits outweigh its taste! You can also try to mix it into recipes or homemade salad dressing to better disguise the taste and have a more pleasant experience. Here's one you might enjoy:

      <description><![CDATA[Apple cider vinegar is so amazing. It really is a remarkable treatment for many things. I have to say thought I absolutely hat the taste! I dilute it with water but the taste still gets me every time. I had stopped taking it for some time and recently got back to taking it and have noticed an improvement of how I have been feeling, specifically when I eat some not so healthy foods. I will continue to take this as long as I can bare it.]]></description>
