      <description><![CDATA[Just to share a fun memory: One of my favorite biology textbooks as a high school student had a picture of an avocado on the page of B-vitamins. I remember it mentioned that avocado is one of the best sources of B5. I just Googled it to confirm I'm not crazy and indeed, I am remembeing it right: a single avocado contains 56% of a day's vitamin B5, which is a pretty huge amount! It would be amazing if you could add this mighty fruit to the food sources list that you provide :)]]></description>
