Yellow Dock is a tea I have that is excellent both for taste and relaxation as well as detox. It is excellent for removing harmful toxins. Yellow Dock can be used for detoxification and pairs well with Sarsaparilla. Yellow dock removes toxins from the body by cleaning the blood. It's useful for lowering toxin accumulation. It makes an excellent tea. It is goo for liver cleansing. Yellow dock helps dry coughs and sore throat. Yellow dock and many other root teas are some of my best teas, something about roots.

I never heard of yellow dock before. I think that as great as tumeric is, it is a bit over-hyped (eg there are numerous other roots with valuable benefits such as yucca and yellow dock that simply have been studied less/by chance have not recieved as great of a spotlight). Thank you so much spreading awareness of yellow dock and other relatively under-appreciated roots which can benefit people's health. I am excited to read more of your articles!!
