Dosage
Mix 1 Scoop with 275-300mL of Water 2 times per day. Take with food. Allow at least 2 hours between doses. For occasional use only. Not to exceed 15 days continuously. Start with 1 scoop before workout to assess tolerance; do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
