Here’s how – It’s easy & all done from your account
1. Request, Locate & Select
Step 1 – Request a return by locating your order & selecting the item to be returned:
Login to your account, click the “My Returns” item in the left navigation; once your Returns Page has loaded click the “Request Return Now” button. Locate the order in your order history on which you ordered the item that you would like to return and open it. Select the item that you’d like to return on that order.

2. Enter Return Info, Confirm & Return Label
Step 2 – Enter your return info, confirm & wait for shipping label:
Enter the quantity of the item that you would like to return, the reason for your return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Add any relevant comments. Within three days we will follow up and confirm your return. If we confirm your return, you will receive a return authorization form; you will also receive a prepaid return shipping label to use to send your item back to us.

3.Ship your Order Back to Us
Step 3 – Pack & ship back to us:
Pack your item carefully inside an appropriately sized box. Use enough packing material to ensure safe shipping. Include your return form inside the box. Tape box closed & stick your label on the outside of the box. Take your package to your closest Canada Post location… they will take it from there.

Step 4 – A little patience:
Once a return is sent back to us, we normally receive them in about seven business days. We then apply your refund or send your exchange. You will receive information by email detailing your refund, or a shipping notification for an exchange.

*Returns Past 60 Days (Up To 120 Days)
If more than 60 days has past, we will still take the item back for you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. Just follow the same procedure for submitting your return information as above.
Once your return has been confirmed, send your item back to us using Canada Post, which is the most reasonably priced carrier. Be sure to retain your tracking information. Our shipping address is:

A Little Fine Print...
- Clearance and Special order items are final sale.
- Items past their expiry date cannot be returned
- The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
- Refunds are in Canadian dollars and are completed using
the same method as your original payment.
- Frequent returns are subject to an account review.
A Restocking fee of 20% applies to accounts with frequent returns. - All returns require pre-authorization.
- US and international returns are handled on a case by case basis.
