What Is Curcumin (Turmeric)?
Turmeric (Curcuma longa), is a member of the ginger family that has long been used as a culinary spice. Curcumin, is the primary active component in turmeric, with very well-documented natural anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidant properties which help ward off free radicals.
