In North America, all commercially grown and distributed almonds are sweet almonds, which is why this oil is often labelled "Sweet Almond Oil."
It's a well-known fact that almonds are nutritional powerhouses and chock-full of heart-healthy fats, fibre, phytochemical compounds, and vitamins.
