Over four cups a day, coffee can cause headaches, nervousness and irritability, a fast heartbeat, and muscle tremors. It can also leech precious vitamins and minerals from the body. Read more >-

Coffee Oil Benefits
According to research, 66% of North Americans drink coffee daily, which is more than tap water. While coffee is undoubtedly high in antioxidants and can help boost energy, focus, and concentration when consumed in modest quantities, in larger amounts it can cause jitteriness, aggravate anxiety, and disrupt sleep. Over four cups a day, coffee can cause headaches, nervousness and irritability, a fast heartbeat, and muscle tremors. It can also leech precious vitamins and minerals from the body. Fortunately, those looking to benefit from the healthful aspects of coffee can do so with the help of essential oils extracted from the Coffea arabica (or Arabica coffee) tree.
Indeed, this essential oil is a wonderful alternative to your daily dose of java and is a great way to boost your mood and energy naturally while perking up the senses and promoting mental alertness. Oh yeah, and let’s not forget that coffee oil does not cause anxiety or the jitters!
Coffee oil contains a complex blend of plant sterols and linoleic and oleic acids, among other potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds. From a fragrance standpoint, this essential oil is decidedly a base note and has the robust, rich, and bitter scent of freshly brewed coffee. Java enthusiasts will absolutely love this essential oil!

Therapeutic Properties of Coffee Essential Oil
Coffee essential oil is an effective anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial oil that helps improve skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Because of its complex composition and impressive therapeutic properties, coffee oil may be recommended to reduce free radical damage, improve mood, reduce fever, stimulate appetite, bolster immune function, promote respiratory health, prevent premature aging, soothe nausea, promote calm and relaxation, and help control all kinds of allergies.
Using Essential Oils
Coffee oil can be diffused as a fragrance to fill a room with freshly brewed coffee's rich and satisfying scent. It also makes a great addition to cosmetics, including massage butter, body scrubs, bath blends, lotions, lip balms, hair care products, and perfumes. In cosmetic applications, this oil is fantastic for reducing puffy, dark, and undereye circles (blended with carrier oil; I suggest coconut). Coffee essential oil, however, is not appropriate for internal use.
This oil pairs expertly with other oils like vanilla or cocoa and is also a great match with balsam, bergamot, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cocoa, ginger, jasmine, lavender, nutmeg, orange, patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver, and ylang ylang.
While coffee oil is usually well tolerated, certain people may experience allergic reactions or skin irritation, including redness, puffiness, or itching. In such circumstances, discontinue use.
