This is such a great article to relay some great vitamin options! There can be so many choices and trying out different brands can get expensive too. My favourite is New Roots, especially the tinctures, they only have 25% alcohol instead of 50% which is more common in other tinctures from Now and St Francis. I thought more alcohol would mean stronger effect but it does ruin the taste a bit. New Roots have a nice taste, but they only make a handful of tinctures. For teas, I like Celebration Herbals. I've collected most of their teas, still going. It's the best brand on here. I also found New Roots capsules to be a better quality than Now. I haven't tried Clef des Champs teas or tinctures, but that's the next one.

I learned quite a bit from reading this article. I did not know that so many of the top brands, such as NOW which I have purchased reguraly in the past (switched to a more bulk supplier for certain needs) are family owned. This is telling in that it makes sense that this could make the brand care more about quality!! I never heard of St. Francis Herb Farm before and like the sound of what they offer (I like the sound of Deep Immune and Strest, specifically!). Even though I am in the US, I will be reading more into their brand. Also, another thing that I learned is that I did not know that Natural Factors was based in Canada, considering how widely available it is in the US. Some good information and cool facts from this article, NN Team!!
