I have tried different mushroom supplements, starting with the low quality and working my way up. I now take 2 forms, one alcohol extraction which I take with a fatty meal. Another hot water extraction which I take on an empty stomach with vitamin c or echinacea. The first time I took it, I got a headache, and I never get headaches. It disappeared the next time. I thought I was allergic which made me upset since I spent $100 on those mushroom supplements. They are supposed to be the best on the market for Lion's Mane.
