How To Use Greens And Why They’re Convenient
This group of supplements are easy and convenient so if you’re someone that leads a busy lifestyle and doesn’t have time for the most nutritious meals, these can help increase your nutrient profile while boosting your energy too. Greens can be consumed in powder form by simply mixing them into your favourite beverage of choice, liquids that can be consumed on their own, or as capsules which are simple to take and bring on the go.
When using a greens supplement, it’s important to follow the dosing directions on the bottle and if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medications you should speak to your healthcare practitioner before taking a new supplement.
Selecting A Quality Supplement
With so many options available on the market, it can be challenging to choose the right one. When buying a high-quality green supplement, there are several factors to consider.
First and foremost, it's important to choose a high-quality supplement from a reputable brand. You should also consider your individual health needs and goals when selecting a supplement. You should also select a supplement that is made from organic and non-GMO ingredients to ensure that you are not consuming any harmful chemicals or additives. You can also check the label for the list of nutrients present in the supplement. Look for supplements that contain a wide range of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium and Magnesium.
It’s also important to consider the form of supplement you want - powder, liquid or capsules. Powdered greens can be mixed into smoothies or drinks while capsules offer convenience when on the go.
Lastly, read reviews from other buyers or speak with a qualified member from your favourite natural health food store before making your purchase. This helps you understand how effective and reliable the product is before investing your money in it.

...but seriously! As well as being an aliterative, fun title, this brought up the very real truth that when on the go, there is a particular utility to greens. When travelling for work or fun, energy levels, immune function, the body's ability to keep well through detox, digestion, and cardiac function (think: hiking or walking) are all too important!! Yet, while energy bars or trail mix is a common snack for people thinking about being healthy on the go, a good boost of greens could go even farther. Thank you for this great, mindset shifting idea :)

Have a healthy day!
I grow a garden so I have lots of green. I often put them in the blender with ice and blueberries and yogurt and honey. I make a nice kale or cabbage juice. I add many supplements in powder form to the mix. I sometimes add nuts and seeds. I have Chlorophyll which I add, it has a cleaning effect on the blood, since it is itself plant blood, excellent for detoxification. Chlorophyll can help remove heavy metals from your body and eliminate bad breath and body odour. I can attest to that.
