Even if we’re eating fruits and vegetables we still can benefit from greens. I’ve used them for years and never like to run out of supply. I have had osteoporosis so use Greens + bone builder. I have really been wanting to get into greens lately but I am worried about the content and ingredients, I was worried that it would be too processed so I am still on the lookout for the best and cleanest brand that I can find.
