Dosage

Adults - Take one (1) capsule, one (1) to two (2) times per day at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Ages 4 and older: Take one (1) capsule per day at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For children under the age of 6 years: Open capsule and mix contents into food or drink prior to consumption. To prevent choking, do not allow children less than 6 years old to swallow the capsule whole.

IBS - Feeling Soo Much Better
For a few months i couldn't get any and boy did that make a difference. I am back on them again and will do my best to always have some in stock. They do make a difference in my health and how i am able to do things for myself. So very thankful i can get more.
