Organic Chia -Typically contains 20% protein, 34% oil, and 25% dietary fibre. Organic Chia contains the highest omega-3 nutrient source found in nature with perfectly balances omega 3, 6, 9 profiles and ratios.

Q.Do I cook it?
A.No, it is a raw cereal and ready to eat after mixing in either you milk, almond, hemp or soya beverage. Then wait about 3-4 minutes and enjoy!
Q.Can I add it to my cooked oats or muesli?
A.Yes, but wait until the cooked oats have cooled before mixing in one or two tablespoons.
Q.How do I store it and how long does the cereal keep?
A.Your cereal will stay fresh unrefrigerated for several weeks after opening and up to three months in the fridge. Refrigerating the cereal bags after opening is best. In a cool cupboard or unopened cereal will remain fresh for one year.
Q.Am I going to go to the bathroom right away?
A.We suggest that you eat the cereal for a week and then see the results for yourself.
Q.What is the difference between Holy Crap and Skinny B?
A.Skinny B has no fruit or added sugar. It also contains 50% more Chia than Holy Crap. Skinny B has a very low glycemic index.
Q.Where does your chia come from?
A.Our certified black organic chia is grown in the highlands of Mexico and is higher in calcium than some other brands.
