These pure beeswax candles are also 100% Canadian. Honey Candles is a family-owned and operated company that has been creating healthy, quality beeswax candles for over 30 years.
Honey Candle is the leading choice for 100% pure beeswax candles. The current owners, Alecia and Stephen, purchased the company from Alecia's parents in 2016. While they have grown the business, they made sure to continue to operate based on Honey Candles' original standards, quality and values.
All of their products are made in their manufacturing workshop located between Purcell and Selkirk mountain ranges North of Kaslo.
Not only do Honey Candles value making pure products, but they also make eco-conscious decisions. Their manufacturing process produces little waste; in fact, they produce less than 10 lbs of garbage a week. Their products also have minimal packaging, and all the boxes and pamphlets they use are locally made with recycled paper.
A Handcrafted Process For Superior Quality
Honey Candles sources its beeswax from apiaries in Western Canada, and all the suppliers they source from follow eco-conscious practices and don’t use chemical processing.
Once the filtered wax arrives at their facility, they filter it again on-site to ensure it’s free from impurities, and that their candles are made with nothing but the best raw materials. Their manufacturing process doesn’t use any automation, it’s all done by hand. They use refined techniques and high-quality vats, molds, and premium cotton wicks. After the candles are hand-dipped and poured, they are thoroughly inspected and packaged. However, if the candles don’t meet their rigorous standards, the candle goes back to the melting station and they start over. This tried and true process yields nothing but the best honey-scented candles that have a long burn time for you and your family to enjoy.
