Sodium Hyaluronate (L) (Hyaluronic Acid) Hyaluronic Acid is a humectant that surges water deep into the skin, which improves skin pliability and plumping to relieve fine lines, maintains healthy hydration levels, and prevents transepidermal water loss.

Sphingolipids (Plant Fatty Acid) Rebalances the lipid content on the skins surface to repair weakened barriers, assists in preventing skin infections.

Best for winter/dry climates
Sometimes I'll try Ultra H. when the weather is dry, and am reminded that this just doesn't work on me. Serious Firming is my serum of choice because of its smooth finish. Ultra H is plumping and effective, just a bit heavy. I like it better for night time use, but would recommend adding a moisturizing cream to maximize benefits.Kari Terhark

Saved my skin
I used the Pumpkin Renew Cream for 7 years but then the formula changed and it started giving me cysts (acai and soy derived ingredients do this to me). I used plain coconut oil for a while and my skin got really bad (it is really hard to find products without soy derived ingredients). Then I found this wonderful product and my skin feels and looks SO much better. I've actually had people comment that it is looking really good. Now I can't imagine going without it! Please don't ever change the formula!Lauren

Great addition for very dry skin
I live in Colorado, where the winters whip away at my delicate skin and leave it irritated, flaky and itchy. Sometimes, it gets so dry it actually flakes off in pieces! Forget being able to wear makeup! But with this product, I've found a "new skin." Along with the Tropical Skin Smoother and Deep Repair Cream, my skin is soft, radiant and flake-free. This serum gives a boost to my skin that I would not get from moisturizing alone - it also smooths out fine lines and gives me a silky complexion and velvety base for applying makeup. I can also apply over makeup to spots that are extra-dry, and dab it on throughout the day to trouble spots. I've tried other serums, but this one is the best!Kristy

If you have dry skin, you MUST buy this!
I absolutely love this product - it is amazing for dry skin. I used it after skiing and I've never had my face look so smooth with no peeling. I apply it every night before my moisturizer and I can literally feel how soft it makes my skin!Vanessa
