To make a deliciously satisfying drink, add 2 levels scoops (61 grams) of Wellbetx mix to 350ml-500ml of water and stir briskly, or mix in blender. For higher calories and a creamier texture, use skin milk instead of water. Drink immediately after mixing, as it thickens quickly. When first taking WellbetX begin with scoop (28.5g) in 175ml-350m of water and gradually to 2 scoops (57g) as directed above.
Serving Option: WellbetX makes a delicious pudding. Follow directions above. After mixing, pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add 1/2 a banana or other fruit for variety.
