Nova Scotia Fisherman formulates its natural skincare products on the shores of the Bay of Fundy, using locally sourced raw materials whenever possible. At the heart of every product is hand-harvested Nova Scotia sea kelp, a certified organic, unprocessed marine botanical gathered by off-season fishermen along the southern coast. Sun-dried to preserve its nutrients, kelp is rich in vitamins A, B12, and C, Fucoidan, iodine, zinc, selenium, and essential fatty acids that hydrate, soothe inflammation, and strengthen the skin barrier, making NSF great for conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and acne.
Nova Scotia Fisherman’s products contain no preservatives, artificial scents, colours, parabens, or gluten, and are never tested on animals. They’re made with certified organic natural oils, and while its lotions and creams are vegan, its balms contain Nova Scotia beeswax for added nourishment.
