In the US delivery time is 7-12 business days. US orders are shipped by insured airmail or surface. Tracking does not apply to these shipping methods.*

Order Errors
If an item is temporarily unavailable from our suppliers you will be informed promptly by email or telephone.
It doesn't happen very often, but if you find an error in your order, phone us within one week of receiving it and we will correct it as soon as possible.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please phone us ahead of time to obtain your RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization); we cannot process a return without one. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

If you have found any of the products that you have purchased from nationalnutrition.ca unsatisfactory, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a full refund for you.

National Nutrition endeavors to maintain a consistent price policy and to update this site to reflect any changes in price, however, some prices may vary depending on availability from our suppliers. This does not necessarily mean prices will always increase. If on the chance that you order such a product, you will be informed before your order is processed.
Bonus Packs
Bonus pack items are available most of the time, but this may change depending on availability from our suppliers. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Please phone if you are interested in a particular bonus pack and we will be able to let you know if it is currently available.

We strive for accuracy in the information presented on our website. In the event of typographical errors, or errors in pricing, we will make every effort for good customer service, but such errors cannot be honored.
International Orders

Customs fees and/or impounding of an order (including any resultant expense, subsequent loss and/or return shipping) is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
