water and artificial colours, greens+ kids gets its purple colour
from the natural, health-promoting phytonutrients found in blueberries,
grapes and elderberries. Even some of the veggies are purple - purple
carrots have been grown for centuries and are said to be even healthier than
their orange counterparts due to the anthocyanin content.
The rainbow of colours found in the ingredients in greens+ kids have
complementary phytochemicals and when combined together can act in synergy

RED – strawberries, cherries, peppers, tomato, raspberries, beets.
The red foods contain anthocyanins and the powerful antioxidant lycopene.
ORANGE – mangoes, cantaloupe, apricot, oranges, sweet potatoes,
carrots. The orange foods contain beta carotene and bioflavonoids
YELLOW – lemons, grapefruit, pineapple, banana, ginger. Yellow foods
are sources of vitamins, bioflavonoids and other phytochemicals.
