Trace minerals matter! Even certain bacteria struggle to grow without these important minerals. It is sad how farms’ soil is depleted after years of farming without allowing fields to lay fallow and replenish themselves. I did not know that calcium from coral is a great source of trace minerals. This makes me very glad that I have used coral calcium before. Is calcium from limestone also a good source of trace minerals? Also, it is awesome that seaweeds are rich in trace minerals-like dark leafy greens of the land, seaweeds are true nutrient powerhouses and among the healthiest things for the human body.
