C'est un bon atout à avoir dans un sac à mains pour calmer les crisettes imprévues de la plus jeune de 3 ans. Cela agit assez rapidement. Il peut aussi aider pour le sommeil bien que la formule de nuit est encore plus efficace à ce sujet. J'ai essayé les pastilles qui sont efficace mais le format spray est plus rapide pour l'agissement à mon avis.

My 10 year old son also uses it in class before oral presentations and before his sports competitions. It's a good asset to have in a handbag to calm the unexpected crisps of the 3 year old. It works quite quickly. It can also help with sleep although the nighttime formula is even more effective in this regard. I have tried the lozenges which are effective but the spray format is faster to work in my opinion.

Ça l'aide pour l'apaiser. Elle en prend aussi avant ses compétitions sportives, ça lui permet de diriger son attention ailleurs que sur le stress qui opére à ce moment. Assez efficace et facile d'utilisation en spray.
