For many years I would get first a scratchy sore throat, followed by a stuffy sinuses and a clogged nose. I didn't like the taste of the Bell Decongestant tea #43. However, when I laid down to sleep the scratchiness was gone. My nose and sinuses were dry. This is my second Bell product. The first one was Bell Prostate Ezee Flow Tea #4a.
