Coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) is a potent fat-soluble antioxidant that is found virtually in every cell of your body, mainly in the mitochondria of the cell, the part that is respon- sible for creating energy. the highest concentrations of CoQ10 are found in the heart, brain and liver. As a result, CoQ10 plays a vital role in generating energy to power organs such as the heart, brain and liver. coenzyme Q10 also helps to regenerate other antioxidants in the body: vitamins A, C, E and glutathione. the body's natural production of CoQ10 diminishes with age, therefore, maintaining a healthy level of CoQ10 is important to health.

N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) is a potent free radical destroyer that is a precursor to glutathione. Glutathione plays a key role in the body's defense against pollutants and ultraviolet radiation. it is the body's major cellular antioxidant and detoxifying agent. Glutathione also acts to reconstitute vitamin E and C, after they have been oxidized, and therefore plays a determinant role in the concert of Antioxidant Network.

Mixed Tocopherols (vitamin E) is one of the body's primary fat-soluble antioxidants which provides powerful support for the immune and cardiovascular systems. Vitamin E is the first line of defense against lipid peroxidation (protecting the fatty portion of cell membranes). it is a family of nutrients, not just a single compound.
