Dr. Hauschka's Regenerating Day Cream is designed to refine and strengthen mature skin - for day care. This Cream is suitable for women starting at age 40 who may have mature skin (increasingly prone to wrinkles), and also for those with reddened, dry, sensitive skin.

Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Seed Oil
Raspberry seeds produce a valuable fruity oil high in antioxidants and essential fatty acids that neutralize free radicals preserving the skin's youth. Raspberry seeds have a 22%-25% content of unsaturated oils & fatty acids and also contain antioxidants such as Vitamin E and carotenoids. 10 kg of these small, light seeds are needed to obtain 1 kg of the costly oil.
Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil
A very stable, oil-like liquid wax, derived from the fruit (seeds) of jojoba, a shrub native to American desert regions. Jojoba oil is highly valued in cosmetics for its moisturizing and emollient (skin softening) effects.
Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil
Cold-pressed from the edible nut kernels (fruit) of the almond tree, sweet almond oil is an excellent skin-softening (emollient) oil historically used for centuries in skin care. It is mild, lightweight and easily absorbed into the skin as well as rich in unsaturated fats and essential fatty acids, such as linoleic acid. It has a calming and soothing effect especially against dry, itchy skin and improves the skin's barrier function.
Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil
Used as an extracting medium for certain herbs in Dr.Hauschka products, nourishing Olive Oil contains naturally occurring squalene, a component of the hydrolipid mantle layer of the skin (protective layer). Olive oil also has an excellent fatty acid composition which provides nutrients and care for the skin.
Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil
The rich, emollient oil obtained from the pulp of the avocado by cold-pressing has a slightly green hue and contains many essential fatty acids and vitamins. It supports the moisture balance of the skin and prevents it from drying out and also strengthens the epidermis.
Rosa Damascena (Rose) Extract
Also known rose petal extract which contains many compounds beneficial to the skin as they help the skin to achieve balance and harmony. Roses are considered a picture of harmony, a perfectly balanced plant in root, stem and blossom.
Beeswax/Cera Alba
"White wax" is produced by honey bees and comes from hives maintained using ecological beekeeping practices. The wax is humanely obtained and then bleached. It serves as an emulsifier and consistency regulator. Beeswax has an open structure that provides a breathable barrier against the elements.
Trifolium Pratense (Red Clover) Leaf Extract
A key attribute of red clover is its important skin regenerating abilities. This botanical is an antioxidant-rich herb used to treat premature skin aging by neutralizing free radicals and encouraging the natural process of cellular renewal. A complex extract of the whole red clover plant containing isoflavones, among other things, is used in Dr.Hauschka Skin Care products.
Fragrance/Parfum (Essential Oil)
This term denotes that the product contains a combination of 100% pure, natural essential oils. Dr.Hauschka fragrances are proprietary blends of pure essential oils specifically developed for each product. European regulations require that we list our pure essential oil scents as "Fragrance (Parfum)". No synthetic fragrance or perfume ingredients are ever used to scent Dr. Hauschka products.
