How To Use

Suitable to use on impure skin once or twice a week. After cleansing, apply Rejuvenating Mask generously to the face, neck and decollete; also include the skin around the eyes. After leaving it work for about 20 minutes, remove with a damp cloth.

Active Ingredient Spotlight

Pyrus Cydonia (Quince) Seed Extract
Quince is a small tree found in the Caucasus region between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. Quince is characterized by soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. It also regulates the natural moisture content of the skin. High in mucilage, the outer coating of the seed is soothing, protective and helps hydrate the skin.

Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil
Wheat germ produces a highly nutritive, antioxidant oil rich in Vitamin E and essential fatty acids. When ingested or used in skin care products, it can stimulate the body's restorative powers. It is a lightweight, stable oil used in many WALA Oil Extracts of botanical plants. Our wheat germ oil is gluten-free.



Anthyllis Vulneraria Extract
Also known as Woundwort or Kidney Vetch. Vulneraria means "wound healer". This plant is a member of the legume family and native to Southern Europe. Anthyllis is little known today, but was traditionally used to relieve spasms, detoxify, reduce swelling and promote wound healing. Elisabeth Sigmund studied anthyllis extensively. She observed a normalization of both oily and dry conditions and even severely irritated skin. Anthyllis has a generally stimulating and normalizing effect on the skin and the ability to stimulate the skin's natural functions and support its regeneration. It is a key plant in Dr.Hauschka Skin Care and found in many of our face care preparations and decorative cosmetics.

Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil
Apricot kernel oil is obtained from the seeds of apricot fruits by cold pressing and filtration. Lightweight, nurturing, and easily absorbed by the skin, apricot kernel oil is high in vitamins A and E and essential fatty acids. Especially soothing for sensitive, dry or sunburned skin, it helps to replenish the skin and maintain a healthy moisture balance within the skin. Similar to sweet almond oil in characteristics and scent, it is excellent for making oil extractions of healing plants. Our Apricot Kernel oil is gluten-free.

Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria/German Chamomile) Flower Extract
Many people are familiar with matricaria, also known as German chamomile, as a traditional herbal remedy. It is of particular benefit to delicate and sensitive skin because of its anti-inflammatory and skin-soothing properties.

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil
A very stable, oil-like liquid wax, derived from the fruit (seeds) of jojoba, a shrub native to American desert regions. Jojoba oil is highly valued in cosmetics for its moisturizing and emollient (skin softening) effects.

Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Root Extract
From the wild carrot also known as Queen Anne's lace, we obtain an oily extract which is rich in provitamin A (carotenoids) and other flavonoids. This extract cares for the skin and makes it soft and supple. It gives cosmetic products a natural yellow color.

Propolis Wax/Propolis Cera
Used as a natural preservative, humanely collected propolis is made from the resins of the buds of certain trees, which are collected and secreted by bees to cement and caulk their hives. A natural antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal substance rich in bioflavonoids and amino acids, trace minerals, copper, magnesium, silica, iron, manganese and zinc. High in vitamins B, C, and E and beta-carotene, propolis accelerates new cell growth.

Fragrance/Parfum (Essential Oil)
This term denotes that the product contains a combination of 100% pure, natural essential oils. Dr.Hauschka fragrances are proprietary blends of pure essential oils specifically developed for each product. European regulations require that we list our pure essential oil scents as "Fragrance (Parfum)". No synthetic fragrance or perfume ingredients are ever used to scent Dr. Hauschka products.
