I bought this as a whole Food Vitamin C source as well as the potassium! I love to add it to coconut water for additional potassium. I really miss it when I am run out. I also love that it's Raw and Organic.

Doesn’t hurt to take.
I was lacking in potassium and read this has a higher concentration of potassium than bananas. I add this to my smoothie. I dont find it changes the flavour of my smoothie. I am also getting my calcium intake without having to drink milk. I have been using it for a few weeks and hoping it will be beneficial to my body. I do not feel a difference but at least Im taking it in.

Unique favoured super food
This super food powder is loaded with lots of nutritious vitamins and minerals. It adds extra enriched sweet and tart taste to smoothies and homemade baking. It goes so well with nut butters and coconut oil... it is a must try!! What is most amazing about it is the high fibre content for serving.
