The main thing that is lacking from people’s diets is the  understanding in each meal. Whether you are a male or a female, it's important to look at your protein content. Protein makes a hormone called glucagon. Glucagon balances insulin. Insulin comes from eating carbohydrates, grains, sugars, vegetables and fruit. When glucagon and insulin are balanced, we're hormonally balanced. We have dynamic energy, motivation, creativity and enthusiasm.

How much is needed?
Women must have 20 grams of protein at three meals a day and men, a minimum of 30 grams at three meals a day. We have to eat our protein first. As soon as we eat our protein and that sends a message to produce glucagon, glucagon basically says we're full, we don't need to over eat.

What is Fermented Vegan Protein?
It's protein from non-animal sources. It's from beans, peas and seeds. It's natural and easy to digest. It has all the amino acids that you require in a protein to be absorbed to build muscle tissue as we would with animal protein except that it's fermented.


What does fermentation mean?
When you eat kimchi, sauerkraut, and tempeh, or drink coffee, tea, and beer, or drink dry red wine, all of these are fermented foods. It is a process from which we break down the protein we eat. It breaks it down in fermentation. When we eat fermented foods, it causes our stomachs to ferment even more, become more of an efficient fermenter or digester so we get all the nutrients.


What does it do?
When we ferment it, it means that it's not only absorbed efficiently, quickly, but it causes any other food taken with it to ferment and be broken down and be digested. Its nutrients get into the system quickly and easily.
