Colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic and disinfectant. Colloidal refers to the suspension of the minute silver particles in pure water. Colloidal silver has been found to kill more than 650 disease causing organisms. It can be taken internally for gastrointestinal and respiratory infections. Topically it can be applied to fungal infections on the skin or in the nails. It can help prevent the infection of burns, wounds, cuts, rashes and sunburns.
