Natural Factors Vitamin C Calcium Ascorbate Powder - 500g

We have used this powdered product for years. We feel this form of buffered Vitamin C helps us get our calcium and vitamin C in one easy to take dose. Easy on the body, no stomach upset. We mix a bit (1/4 tsp) into water or juice in the AM.
It seems to reduce the incidents of getting colds and the severity and length. Plus the other benefits of taking calcium or vitamin C.

The supplements by Natural Factors are always very good quality never been disappointed. This is my go to Vitamin C when a boost is needed. Simply mix in the water by itself or with juice for extra boost of Vitamin C. My resting heart rate is now 66 on average, way better than before having it. Have been having it for two years every day.

I have been using this Vitamin C powder for over a year now. I take about 2000mg a day and give my 13 year old son about 1000mg a day as well because my son plays competitive hockey, he is very active and he used to get sick all the time with colds and coughs. I have not had a cold in a year since taking this Vitamin C powder. I increased my intake of Vitamin C to 4000mg/day, earlier this year when the pandemic set in. I wasn't sick; I only did it for a week in March then I went back to taking 2000mg daily. Back in January, after a strenuous hockey tournament, my son showed signs of coming down with a cold. At the first signs of the sniffles, I gave him 2000mg 3 times a day for 2 days, then the sniffles stopped and he never came down with the cold. I have recommended this product to many friends and family. Vitamin C is water soluble and this product mixes very well with juices, teas, and most liquids. I have tried it also in smoothies not containing milk products and in my coconut water. I have taken up 2000mg 4 times a day to fight an incoming cold, without an issue. I make sure that we all drink plenty of water and fluids to stay hydrated. I did notice that in higher amounts of more than 4000 mg a day, there is a softening of stools. That goes away in time and when the dosage is decreased. In conclusion, this is a great product that I recommend taking it daily to maintain good health.
