Do You Have Trouble With Your Iron Supplements?

I have tried numerous different types and brands of iron. All of them gave me an upset stomach and constipation. My Naturopath recommended New Roots Grass Fed Beef Liver. This iron is in the form that is made by nature. Consequently I find that I do not take the high doses of iron that are in the other supplements because our bodies can only absorb so much daily.

Great Alternative If You Hate the Taste of Liver!

No liver taste, easy to swallow. I always take these with vitamin C to improve iron absorption. If I don't eat liver, I'll supplement with these instead, and have seen improvement in energy levels over last couple weeks.

Had Low Hemoglobin, Not Anymore

After 6 months of a bleeding ulcer that caused me to throw up blood, I had very low hemoglobin, and was put on and iron pill by my doctor. I prefer to take something natural and when I discovered that this product was available I purchased one bottle to make sure I didn't overdo it. I was able to cut back to one iron pill from the doctor and once they run out I will up my dosage of this as I have a problem with iron deficiency to start with.
