After spending hours online in search of a vegetarian omega-3 product which would have decent potency I thought I found the right product when I purchased this Nutra Vege Omega-3 Plant in the Strawberry Orange flavour. I purchased it for my senior parents and myself but all three of us did not like it. Maybe I had too much expectations but we did not like the taste at all. It had a tinge of strawberry orange which quickly disappeared into a not so good taste that remained in the mouth after.
This product also gave me a mild headache after me trying it on two different days (and yes I took it with food).
I would give the product a 1 star, but I will give National Nutrition 5 stars because they have great customer service and turned this into a hassle-free return for me.
