Why would someone need to take a probiotic?
If they'd been on multiple rounds of antibiotics, or perhaps they get sick a lot. The probiotics are going to get in there; they are going to build the good healthy bacteria in your body and help to build a good, strong immune system.
Am I getting enough from my yogurt?
