What Is New Zealand Whey Protein?
Whey Protein can be processed from cows milk in a few different ways. Whey concentrate is anywhere from 30-90% Protein by weight and contains low levels of fat and cholesterol. Whey Isolate is processed to remove the fat and lactose. In general this form of Whey Protein is at least 90% protein by weight. Lastly, Whey Hydrolysate is pre-digested and partially hydrolyzed by enzymes to allow them to be more easily digested. New Zealand Whey Protein
