I really like the strength of this tea tree oil. Of course, the scent is strong, but that is probably why it's effective. I've used it for pimples and even one or two skin tags, and it helps, but it's best to dilute it a bit since it's an essential oil. The only thing I find inconvenient is the bottle opening. The hole is too wide, and so unless you're super careful, too much oil comes out at a time. It's hard to count drops. Apart from that, it's a really great oil.

Great Oil!
Although small, they are great and strong. Definitely worth it. I’m a big fan of Tea Tree Oil as it has multiple purposes.

Medicine cabinet in a bottle
We always have tea tree oil in our home. It's perfect in the first aid kit, for the vaporizer, and I use it in the home as a natural disinfectant, added to a spray bottle of water it's wonderful to spray on our mattress, as an air freshener, I add a drop or two to the dish water as well as spraying our upholstered furniture. Dust mites hate it, I love it.

Tea tree oil is a must for your medicine cabinet, but beware, its powers are limited to topical applications only and it's toxic to pets. It’s time to pack your bag for that well deserved holiday – bathing suit, sunscreen, toothbrush and tea tree oil?
Tea tree oil is one of the strongest and most effective natural oils to support skin irritations when properly dulited and for its fresh scent.
Australian Aboriginals have been using Malaleuca alternifolia, aka Tea tree, for centuries. They used to brew the leaves and apply the pulp on a variety of ailments. When samples of Tea Tree were brought to England for study, its ability to ward off some fungi and bacteria and anti-inflammatory effects were confirmed. It is now well-known and commonly used to treat decrease acne and skin irritations, relieve dry scalp and freshen your home with its herbaceous scent.
It is important to note that Tea Tree oil is toxic when ingested. It can cause vomiting, diarrhea, severe rash, confusion and even coma. Be cautious or refrain from using Tea Tree topically on pets, as it is extremely toxic to them, even topically. A small number of patients also experience contact dermatitis when using Tea Tree oil topically. Using a diluted concentration may help to decrease the incidence of any skin reaction.
Tea Tree can be applied directly to an acne lesion, or skin irritations, but it must be properly diluted first. Be aware some drying will occur. Add 2 or 3 drops to shampoo before washing hair for dry scalp relief. For a foot soak, soak feet for 15 minutes each in a small tub of water mixed with 20-25 drops of Tea Tree oil.
Essential oils are for external use only and should be properly diulted before applying to your skin. Test a small patch of skin before use.
