Ingredients:
| 6 large carrots, juiced | 1 mango, small | ¼ cup protein powder, optional |
| 3 apples, juiced | 12 strawberries | ½ cup carrot and apple pulp |
| 1 banana | ¼ cup chia seeds |
Directions
- Using your juicer, juice your carrots and apples together. Set aside the juice, and save the pulp.
- Using a blender, combine all of your ingredients together and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly onto teflex sheets – you’ll want them to be roughly ¼ inch thick.
- Place sheets in the dehydrator on the lowest setting for 5-6 hours.
- Once cooled, slice and roll up into desired serving sizes. Wrap in saran wrap for easy grab and go storage!
Make It This Way
Get creative with your fruits and vegetables to suit your tastes – try using raspberries, blueberries, or even beets!
If you’re using protein powder, we suggest using a non-flavoured one so it doesn’t change the taste of your delicious fruit snacks.
Try This
If you don’t have a dehydrator, you can still make these roll-ups in the oven. Just set your oven to the lowest temperature, and use a wooden spoon handle to prop the oven door open slightly. The timing should still be the same, however use your judgment.
