Sometimes bad breath may simply be caused by our food choices—onions, garlic, dairy, tuna—and habits like drinking coffee and smoking. In such instances, the use of breath-freshening aids can be a godsend!
However, there are other causes for bad breath that can impact your health. The condition, Halitosis, more commonly referred to as bad breath, is a condition that, more often than not, comes from inside the mouth. In fact, of those affected, roughly 85% of cases are caused by issues inside the oral cavity.
