When it comes to your oral routine, the little daily things can make the biggest difference. With a dental care regimen, you can freshen up your breath and keep your teeth and gums healthy. Step 1: Floss Daily
With any oral care routine, you should floss before you brush your teeth to remove food particles and bacteria, which helps reduce the buildup of plaque and tartar. Simply pull out 18 inches of floss and wind it around your fingers. Maneuver the floss so that you curve around the base of each tooth to clean beneath the gum line. Use a clean section between each tooth.

To get started, position your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle towards the area where your teeth meet your gums and rotate your toothbrush in gentle circular motions to clean each tooth surface. Spend at least two minutes brushing, budgeting 30 seconds in the upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right sections of your mouth.
