Dosage

Spray 2-5 times onto your skin and massage the area. It may feel slightly oily at first, but will absorb quickly, as it is not an oil. If white salt residue appears on application area, simply wipe clean. For a foot soak, add 30 – 60 mL to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes.
