    Best Book on Stress
    More and more of us are or are becoming stressed and anxious today, even children, especially with COVID changing our life style. Dr Murray does an excellent job of defining stress and anxiety factors and gives concise accurate ways to cope with stress in natural holistic ways. Drugs have their place today but I would rather try natural alternatives first. This book is a must read.
