Prescribed by my Naturopath. I've been patiently working on fixing my skin for over 15 years. I've been on sea buckthorne oil for about four years. Not sure if it's helping or not. Parts of my skin have improved greatly, but I still have some stubborn spots. I need to be patient as I was close to four decades learning things that messed my skin up. One thing I will say is Sibu seems to be one of the purist forms I can find. Many others have other oils or additives that I know will cause me problems such as sunflower oil etc. As I have experienced gradual improvement I'll continue following my Naturopath's instructions for as long as things go in the right direction. Hoping to someday be well enough to broaden my restricted diet. I figure the health of the outer skin is likely a reflection of the health of the inner parts. So if I can get the outside calmed down, the inside should be improving too.

Made Me Break Out!

I saw no benefits in my skin no glow or less dryness. In fact I did start to break out more and did not get any added energy while taking this. Overall it was a waste of money.
I did take as directed and for a total of 30 days.
