Definitely Recommend!
I have been using this for years. I definitely recommend it. I used to hit a 2 PM wall. After taking this only one dose in the morning I haven’t since. It’s an easy fix for me with all natural ingredients.

Provides Great Support
This product does help to support the surrenal glands. I had a lot of anxiety this last months and could feel my surrenal glands on high alert all the time. This product helped to calm down the nervous system, but did not bring mental calmess. I did had some anxiety attacks nonetheless, but I can feel my surrenal glands less panicked all the time.

Strest Adrenal Tonis Gives Great Balance
I have been using STREST for many years. It has a beautiful way of calming the nervous system down in a timely manner and allowing you, in high stress times to function with ease. I can feel, within 20-30 mins my body take a sigh of relief as it’s being supported. I’m very happy with the product.

St Francis Herb Farm Strest

There is no formula on the market quite like St. Francis Herb Farm’s Strest®, which combines six of the most potent and significant herbal adaptogens in the world.

The word “adaptogen” was first coined by Russian scientists to describe an agent or remedy that acts as a metabolic regulator, helping the body cope with the many damaging physical and emotional stresses encountered in day-to-day living, especially in our modern age.

Factors like a daily commute, pollution, strenuous exercise, and poor diet can all exert a negative influence on immune and adrenal functions, not to mention our mental and emotional equilibrium. Easy to take and affordable, Strest® is a prime way of enabling the body to recover from the toll taken by all these worries and pressures.

Strest® nurtures the nervous system and offers a superb means of reducing anxiety and mental fatigue. At the same time, it improves sleep patterns and promotes a calm state of mind, even as it enhances mood stability.

What is Rhodiola?
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), also known as “golden root”, is one of over 200 different species of Rhodiola, 20 of which are currently used in traditional medical systems in Asia. In fact, Rhodiola has been used in the traditional medical systems of Eastern Europe and Asia for hundreds of years as a means to stimulate the nervous system, decrease depression and fatigue, and even to help prevent high altitude sickness.

For the past quarter century, Russian and Scandinavian scientists have studied Rhodiola and its constituents. However, much of this research was unavailable to Western scientists until recently, one of the reasons we haven’t heard about Rhodiola until the past few years. Their research indicates that Rhodiola has diverse benefits on physiological functions, including central nervous system and cardiovascular function. Most of this research was done on Russian athletes. In fact, it’s now known that Russian athletes used Rhodiola for many decades before Western medicine became aware of it, and it’s believed to be part of the reason Russian athletes were such formidable foes in athletic events of the past half century. Their ability to quickly adapt to the unique stress of athletic competition took on legendary proportions. And this was partially due to supplementation with Rhodiola.

Rhodiola rosea root extract has been the subject of 21 human and 42 animal studies that tested its beneficial effects for mental performance, physical performance, antioxidant activity and cardio-protective performance, to name a few.

Holy Basil
Holy Basil, also known as Tulsi, has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. It is known for its diverse medicinal properties, most significant of which being its properties as an adaptogen. Adaptogenic herbs are used in stress reduction, as they help us to adapt to stressful situations more effectively. When stress is over, adaptogens also help to shut down the adrenals more quickly thus preventing adrenal fatigue and chronic inflammation.

Let’s step back for a minute to fully understand what high stress levels are doing to the body. Stress can elevate cortisol levels. Cortisol, among its other effects, triggers the production of inflammatory COX-2 enzymes, the first step in a series of inflammatory processes. This cascade effect then influences blood sugar changes, which also increases metabolic inflammation, and the cycle continues. It is important to understand that although inflammation is necessary and useful in terms of healing and protecting the body, it can also be very damaging to the body, as well.

Almost every disease in the body begins with an inflammatory response. If the body cannot repair the damage and the inflammation becomes chronic, not only is the disease process exacerbated, but other problems like Atherosclerosis, Type II Diabetes, Metabolic syndrome, Crohn’s/Collitis and autoimmune disorders, such as SLE and Rheumatoid Arthritis are also more likely to develop.

Holy Basil is an anti-inflammatory, immune tonic and an anti-diabetic, as well as an adaptogen. In terms of stress reduction and disease prevention, holy basil treats the root of the problem, as well as major disease processes that most often branch off, regulating blood sugar and reducing inflammation. You can see now why it is also often called the Queen of herbs.
