KSM-66™ ASHWAGANDHA: KSM-66™ is a specialized highly concentrated root extract of Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that amplifies the body’s ability to regulate the neurological, immune, reproductive, endocrinal and energy-production systems. With 22 human clinical studies backing its well-rounded efficacy, it has been shown to reduce stress & in particular the hormone cortisol. Elevated cortisol can cause sleep problems, blood sugar abnormalities and abdominal fat deposits.
Astralagus root: Astragalus is both a tonic and an adrenal support herb. Its key bioactive components are polysaccharide fractions, isoflavonoids, saponins, triterpenoids, and gaba-aminobutryic acid.
Cordyceps sinensis: Enhances physical stamina making it very useful for combatting adrenal fatigue. Cordyceps works by enhancing endurance and cellular energy in the form of ATP.
Schisandra fruit: Schisandra berries can enhance the body's natural resistance and adaptation to stressful influences, support mental endurance, and help maintain overall metabolic efficiency.
