I especially liked reading the part of detoxing lungs, I didn't know ginger peppermint tea could do that, thanks for that info. I will try it. As for the other areas I take Milk Thistle all the time, the tea doesn't have much taste but I can feel it working inside the tincture is much better and relaxes in the evening when mixed with valerian. In addition, I take Dandelion as as a tea for its root benefits as well as capsules I mix in with other teas, it goes well with adaptogens to destress and detoxify at the same time. I liked Burdock root as well, nice flavour, nice and strong root teas. Sarsaparilla mixed with Yellowdock is nice too. Alfalfa tea although not the best taste but also works. I take that with Chlorophyll. I also have Spirulina. Cilantro/Parsley is also a way to detox. Mix Parsley with Fenugreek for a treat.

Re probiotics, you have some good ideas on thinking about what to supplement with but in my opinion, the best course of action is to turn straight to the research for the paticular condition of interest.
