Just because you want to make healthier food choices does not mean you have to give up chocolate all together. Thankfully this smoothie not only allows you to stay on track while satisfying your cravings, but it’s delicious and so simple to make. It’s also full of flavonoids that can help aid in lowering blood pressure and improve blood flow to your brain and heart.

Ingredients:
| 1 container vanilla goat milk yogurt | ¼ cup shelled hemp seed/hemp hearts | |
| ¼ cup cacao powder | 2 tablespoons coconut nectar |
Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth!

If you don’t have coconut nectar, you can substitute it for honey or agave nectar instead.
