DMG Capsules

I just took it. It feels similar to other amino acids I take, like Glutathione, BCAA, Taurine, Lysine. All have a tingling feeling effect in my fingers especially, but I feel it all over to a lesser degree.

DMG goes well with the Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil I have. They are softgels full of EPA DHA. The latter is especially good for the brain, a fatty acid, like the brain itself, made up of mostly fatty acids. DMG is also good with B Vitamins especially B12, so try taking them together to see if it works for you.
